Jerusalem Baptist Church: Digital Optimization
The Brief:
Jerusalem Baptist Church knew they needed to invest and upgrade their digital capabilities. In early 2019 they introduced a Facebook Live which netted over 20,000 views. Leadership at JBC wanted to invest in a new website to help bring more awareness with an easier UX for the admins to update. The timing of the web development aligned with the growing concerns of the COVID-19 and its impact on Sunday Service.
Action:
Rhino worked with 21Five to develop a website that enable Jerusalem to shift their Sunday Service from Facebook to jbcministries.org. Rhino completed a market assessment comparing what the broad Faith Community was executing, determined what type of experience was sustainable for members long term, and what was friction less for administrator to execute. Rhino planned and executed an integrated and content marketing strategy that included the following:

Tithes and Offering sustained for 8+ weeks at JBC despite not hosting Sunday Service
New giving platform recommended and utilized - Cash App
